Karpathos Houses started because people kept asking us about houses and land for sale on the island. There was no single place to compare what's available, so we built one. The site lists houses, plots and long-term rentals from private sellers and agencies, each with an asking price, a location and the seller's contact details.

I'm Vincent. I bought my first house on Karpathos in 2017 and have lived on the island since 2021. Karpathos Houses is a sister site of The Karpathos Guide, the Dutch travel guide to the island that my wife Athina runs.
