Every season, tourists ask us the same question: do you know any houses or plots for sale on Karpathos? The problem was we never knew where to send them. There's no central listing platform on the island - even locals told us they didn't know what to say.

So we built one.

What we are: a listing platform where you can browse all available properties on Karpathos in one place - houses, plots, and useful resources like architects, accountants and lawyers.

What we're not: a real estate agency. For viewings, legal guidance and negotiations, we work with Elxis - a licensed agency specialising in international buyers in Greece. Read more about that collaboration.

In 2017, we bought our own home on the Greek island of Karpathos. Simply taking vacations wasn't enough for us, so in 2021 we decided to sell our house in the Netherlands.

Since then, we’ve spent a large part of the year living here on Karpathos. In September 2022, we even got married here with 30 of our dear friends flying over to join us. It was such a special experience!

We absolutely love this island: the tranquility, nature, beaches and of course, the great weather. This island is our happy place and we want to share that with you! That’s why we’ve created both The Karpathos Guide and now Karpathos Houses.
