Sell your house or land on Karpathos

List your house, plot or long-term rental on Karpathos Houses. People from Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy and the UK search our site for property on the island every week.

Send us a message with the type of property, the village and the asking price. We’ll reply with everything we need to put your listing online. For rentals we only list homes available for at least 6 months or longer.

Email mail@karpathoshouses.com or use the form.

Would you like more visibility for your property? Ask us about our photo shoot with drone photos and featured spots at the top of the search results.
