Work with Elxis

Elxis is a licensed real estate agency that helps international buyers purchase property in Greece, from village houses to villas. They handle the legal paperwork, contracts, due diligence and the full sales process in Dutch, German or English.

On Karpathos we are the local contact for Elxis. We take professional photos and videos of the property and arrange viewings on the island. See an example: Pigadia Cliffhanger Villa.
